Central Tasks of the ASPIAG

ASPIAG is the management and holding corporation for the national organizations in Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Croatia.

The central tasks of the ASPIAG include the development of concepts for the composition of trading operations for food and non-food assortments. Based on long term experience, the ASPIAG developed an extensive concept for the store formats "INTERSPAR-Hypermarket”, "SPAR-Supermarket” and catering businesses.
These concepts are continuously checked with regard to current developments and changing consumer demands and adapted accordingly.
In doing so the ASPIAG aims to appeal to consumers through innovation and a clear positioning compared to competitors.

The ASPIAG team organizes the transfer of knowledge between countries and assists management in the respective countries with operational matters.
