INTERSPAR Restaurant, Tutto Bene and "SPAR to Go"

In Northeast Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Croatia, SPAR operates catering facilities on 40 sites – 20 INTERSPAR restaurants and 20 Tutto Bene Cafes and Bistros.

The INTERSPAR restaurant is a self-service restaurant: food and beverages are presented in a visibly accessible Free Flow display. The centrepiece is a salad bar with a gigantic choice of fresh, crisp salad variations.

Another highlight is the grill area where the guests are able to watch the desired dish being prepared. There are also menus and specials which alternate daily as well as vegetarian dishes, a soup counter and a dessert bar. In addition, the guests can enjoy different coffee specialties at the coffee bar.

The Tutto Bene is a trendy, young coffee shop which entices customers to stay a while. Those with less time will find a counter with a wide assortment of items to take out, including filled baguettes and ciabatta, piping-hot pizzas, open sandwiches, crisp salads, confectionery and much more. Everything is freshly prepared on-site.

Convenience is a current trend. Thus, the brand "SPAR... to go" offers products ready to be eaten and ready to be prepared in the kitchen, which are produced or completed in the markets. Thanks to the uniform branding of these products within the market, the customers can find the convenience products immediately.
