Innovative private labels are booming! In addition to national and international branded articles, SPAR also goes for innovative private labels. Especially popular brands are: S-BUDGET (discount private label), SPAR Natur*pur (organic private label), SPAR Vital (private label for health products) or SPAR free from (products for persons suffering from food intolerance).
Customers tend to ask for private label products in periods when economic boundary conditions are difficult, as they are considerably less costly than comparable branded goods. Private brand items are produced exclusively for SPAR by renowned national or international producers. The private brand articles may differ from one country to the next, as ASPIAG strives to offer local products with local recipes especially in the food sector. Sometimes - especially as regards non-food articles - brands are also introduced in all the six countries. Examples for non-food private labels are, for example, BEAUTY KISS (body care products), Pascarel (basic textiles) or Pretty Baby (baby items). |
